These parmesan crusted smash potatoes will be your new favorite summertime side! Easy and cheesy, these smashed potatoes are the perfect companion for smoked proteins.
Turn smoker on to 350°F with the sear grates closed.
Stab a few holes onto our washed and clean potatoes. Then toss in a bowl with garlic, parsley, Pit Boss Bold Burger Rub and vegetable oil.
Place in smoker once fully coated with spices and oil. Leave in smoker for 40 minutes or until potatoes can be pierced with a fork with no resistance.
Remove from grill and set potatoes aside to make room for our cast iron. Once heated toss potatoes and butter onto skillet to give potatoes a crispy outside.
Finally, almost done, last thing to do is grate some parmesan over our potatoes, garnish with parsley, then dig in.
