Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Can Pillsbury Flaky Layer Biscuits
  • 1/4 Cup Soft Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Strips Cooked and Chopped Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 large jalapeno, sliced

Special Tools

  • Foil baking pan with Lid 5"x7"x2"
  • Mixing bowl

Directions

  1. First, remove the Pillsbury biscuits from the can and quarter each biscuit.
  1. Next, place the quartered biscuits in a mixing bowl with all other ingredients listed above and mix on a low setting until all ingredients are combined.
  1. Spray or butter your meal prep pan, pour the dough mixture in, and gently press down. This will ensure that the dough bakes evenly.
  1. Then, cover the pan with the provided lid, and keep it as cool as possible until you’re ready to bake.
  1. When you’re ready to bake, preheat your Pit Boss to 350°F and allow to bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  1. When the bread is done baking, remove from the Pit Boss, then allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  1. Enjoy!
