You'll be surprised at how easy it is to add a kiss of wood-fired flavor to your favorite granola! Our Maple Blend pellets offer a subtly smoky flavor to the granola that we know you're going to love. Add it to yogurt parfaits, baked goods, cereal, and more to add another layer of flavor.

❄ Cooking Method: This recipe is done by cold smoking, which is the perfect way to add that precious wood-fired flavor to your food without grilling or cooking. We've detailed how to achieve the perfect cold smoke with a pellet smoke tube, but you could also use a side smoker attached to your grill. Just remember to never let your grill (or side smoker) exceed 80°F while smoking.
