Sweet, spicy, and creamy; this sweet jalapeno aioli is a must try! Perfectly paired with sandwiches, on tacos, or just as a dipping sauce! You only need a few ingredients to make this irresistibly, tasty sauce.

Creamy sweet and spicy jalapeno aioli in a small serving dish

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. or about 4 XL fresh jalapenos, sliced
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp seasoned sushi vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 3 cups canola oil

Directions

  1. In a Blender, add jalapeno, garlic, egg, salt, honey, and vinegar.
  1. Turn blender on and slowly get the speed up to high.
  1. Slowly add the oil to the running blender to create an emulsion.
  1. Chill the mixture before use, yield 5 cups, shelf life 5-7days
