Ingredients
8 oz. or about 4 XL fresh jalapenos, sliced
1 large garlic clove
2 tbsp seasoned sushi vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 whole egg
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
3 cups canola oil
Directions
In a Blender, add jalapeno, garlic, egg, salt, honey, and vinegar.
Turn blender on and slowly get the speed up to high.
Slowly add the oil to the running blender to create an emulsion.
Chill the mixture before use, yield 5 cups, shelf life 5-7days
