Ingredients
2 lb. salmon filets
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup sweet soy glaze
10-12 slices pickled ginger
1/2 tsp green onion

Directions
Slice salmon filet into 1-inch strips and thread onto skewers.
Heat your Pit Boss gas griddle to medium heat.
Sear salmon skewers on all sides. Sear for 6 to 8 minutes to achieve a medium temperature or 8 to 10 minutes for well done.
After removing the salmon from the griddle, arrange on a platter and top with sweet soy, sweet chili sauce, pickled ginger, and green onions.
