An easy BBQ staple to have in your back pocket, this Smoked Pork Loin has just 3 ingredients and is simple to make. A leaner and inexpensive cut of pork, the pork loin roast becomes moist and juicy when smoked low and slow on the pellet grill. By scoring the outside of the loin and seasoning it generously, the outer fat will render down into a mouthwatering outer layer.

  1. Transfer the pork directly on the grates. Smoke for 1 ½ to 2 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  1. Remove the pork loin from the gill and rest for 15 minutes, before slicing and serving warm.

This recipe can be made on any type of outdoor grill, but we recommend a Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grill for best results.
