This Texas Style Pellet Grill Turkey is a simple recipe that will make your Thanksgiving much less stressful. Enjoy the simple, but flavorful ingredients that make the meat and smoky flavors the star of the show, in true Texas BBQ tradition. As the Turkey cooks low and slow at 300°F for almost 4 hours, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the holiday with your guests. Trust us, this is one you'll want to serve throughout the year.

Pro Tip: Brine your turkey before smoking for an even juicier, more flavorful result. We recommend using the Pit Boss all-in-one Turkey Bucket Brine Kit for best results.
