Ingredients
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Flour
1 cup turkey pan dripping
1 tsp rosemary sage
1 tsp Thyme
Kosher Salt
Pepper
1 cup broth
Directions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook for about 1 minute - until the mixture is golden.
Whisk in pan drippings. (If you have more than a cup, use it and reduce the amount of broth!)
Bring mixture to a boil and simmer gently until the it has thickened slightly.
Stir in fresh herbs.
Whisk in 1 cup of broth and return mixture to a simmer.
Season with salt and pepper (to taste).
Simmer for 10 minutes - gradually add more stock if the gravy is too thick.
