Ingredients

  • 6 oz Beer, Can
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Special Tools

  • Mixing bowl
  • Wooden Spoon

Directions

  1. Fire up your pellet grill or smoker and set the temperature to 350°F. If you're using a gas or charcoal grill, set it to medium-high heat. Preheat with lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
  1. In a cast iron pan, add cream cheese, shredded cheese, beer, onion powder, salt and pepper. Once grill is at 350°F, place cast iron skillet onto the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  1. Top with more shredded cheese and fresh parsley. Serve with fresh baked pretzels, chips, or veggies.
