Everyone’s favorite Buffalo-style sauce meets fresh cauliflower in this easy-to-follow pellet grill roasted recipe. Made with hot sauce and butter for a quick bite that’s perfect as a party appetizer or as a side to your other barbecued creations.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, fresh
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Franks RedHot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Special Tools

  • Oven-safe sauté pan

Directions

  1. Preheat pellet grill to 400°F
  1. Cut or break apart the cauliflower into equal-sized pieces.
  1. Place a sauté pan in the center of the lowest grill grate and preheat the pan for 2-3 minutes.
  1. Add butter to coat the pan, then add cauliflower pieces.
  1. Open the sear plate for a direct flame, and stir the cauliflower every couple of minutes.
  1. Once the cauliflower is golden brown, close the sear plate and add hot sauce to the pan.
  1. Move the pan off to the side, season with GSP (or garlic, salt, and pepper), and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  1. Plate the cauliflower and top with blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately.
